Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Medical Billing Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our medical billing processes. Responsibilities:

· Supervise and lead a team of medical billing team leads and specialists.

· Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members meet performance goals.

· Evaluate and enhance medical billing processes for improved efficiency and accuracy.

· Implement best practices to streamline operations and reduce billing errors.

· Stay abreast of healthcare regulations and ensure billing practices comply with industry standards.

· Develop and enforce policies to maintain compliance with relevant laws and guidelines.

· Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess team and individual performance.

· Strong analytical and reporting skills.

· Implement corrective actions to address performance gaps and improve overall efficiency.

· Foster effective communication between billing and other departments.

· Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal stakeholders to resolve billing issues.

· Oversee the implementation and optimization of medical billing software.

· Leverage technology to automate processes and enhance billing accuracy.

· Conduct training sessions to keep the team updated on industry changes and new billing procedures.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree.

· Proven experience of 3 years in medical billing management.

· In-depth knowledge of medical billing codes, regulations, and reimbursement processes.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Familiarity with medical billing software and technology.
